Tology Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Last updated: 09/16/2025
1. Introduction & Spirit of Use
Welcome to Tology. We built this tool to help people understand themselves and others better — whether for personal curiosity, team development, or exploring role fit in a professional context.
At its core, Tology is meant to provide a structured, transparent, and constructive way to reflect on work styles, preferences, and patterns. It can be used individually for self-reflection, or in professional settings by candidates, employers, and organizations.
When used in a hiring context, our guiding principles are:
-
Optional — Candidates are free to skip assessments and still continue through the hiring process.
-
Transparent — Results are shared openly with candidates.
-
Constructive — The goal is to highlight work styles and preferences, not to label or exclude people.
-
Objective & Consistent — The framework is designed to support more efficient, thoughtful, and structured interviews.
This is not a medical or psychological test, and it is not used to automatically screen or rank candidates. It is a guide for self-reflection, conversation, and growth.
By using Tology, you agree to these Terms and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may opt out by not using the service.
2. Who We Are
Tology is operated by Tology, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” mean the company. References to “you” mean either an individual user (using Tology personally), a candidate (using Tology during a hiring process), or an organization (such as an employer, team, or other group using Tology to support interviews, development, or collaboration).
